Africa Recharge brings together a multidisciplinary team representing 14 countries across Africa, Europe and North America. Our members include scientists, engineers, development professionals, strategists, finance specialists, advisors, consultants and country representatives.

Our strength lies in the combination of international expertise and local understanding. While our institutional leadership and organizational functions are anchored in Germany, our network extends across Africa and beyond, bringing together people with first-hand knowledge of different national, academic, professional and community contexts.

This international structure enables Africa Recharge to build partnerships across borders, identify locally relevant opportunities, and connect scientific and technical knowledge with on-the-ground needs.

Our country representatives and advisors provide valuable local networks and perspectives, while our technical and organizational teams contribute expertise in science and technology, energy, sustainable mobility, water, climate-smart agriculture, community development, resource mobilization and institutional development.

We are building more than a team - we are building a connected network of people, knowledge and partnerships working toward a shared purpose: To recharge potential, connect opportunities and build sustainable solutions that create lasting impact.
